How it works

Purchase and download the files from Etsy (Purchases and reviews), then unzip the size and style you want.
Print the cards on card stock at 100% (Actual size), on sheets you cut on the crop marks or straight onto blank index cards.
Each morning, fill a Today card with your Top 3 and keep it in your pocket. Catch everything else on a Brain Dump card.
Once a week, sort the brain dump into Next Actions, Projects, Waiting For or Someday, and walk through the Weekly Review card.

Two card sizes: 3 x 5 in and 4 x 6 in (the standard US index card sizes), same designs in both
Print-on-sheet PDFs: US Letter and A4, four 3 x 5 cards or two 4 x 6 cards per page with crop marks and a 1 in scale bar, plus a clickable contents page
Card-Size PDFs: one card per page at exactly 3 x 5 in or 4 x 6 in for printers that feed index cards or card stock
Tab dividers with real cut-out tabs in three staggered positions on the sheet PDFs
Two styles: full color (terracotta, ochre, slate blue, sage and plum on white) and a printer-friendly low-ink version
Each card family has its own color and shape (circle, square, triangle, diamond, hexagon) so the low-ink cards still sort at a glance
