Who We Are
UnfoldFactory is a digital product studio. We sell digital templates through third-party marketplaces including Etsy and Gumroad.

What We Collect
We sell digital products exclusively through Etsy and Gumroad. We do not operate our own e-commerce platform, user accounts, or payment processing.
We do not directly collect:
- Payment or billing information
- Account credentials or passwords
- Your name, address or other contact details, except an email address you choose to give us (below)
Email list (only if you sign up):
- If you subscribe to our email list, your email address is stored by Buttondown, the service that sends our newsletter. We use it only to email you about new printables and free downloads. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share the list.
Analytics and advertising measurement on this website:
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and where visits come from (for example, the referring website). It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Meta Pixel records page views and free-printable downloads so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram activity. Meta may set cookies for this; see Meta's privacy policy and your Facebook ad settings to control it.
- Etsy images: product photos on this site load from Etsy's image servers, so Etsy receives standard request data (such as your IP address and browser type) when they load.
Information we may receive from marketplaces:
- Your name and email address (provided by Etsy or Gumroad when you make a purchase)
- Order details (product purchased, date, price paid)
- Messages you send us through marketplace messaging systems
How We Use Your Information
We use information received from marketplace platforms solely to:
- Deliver your purchased digital products
- Respond to customer support inquiries
- Issue refunds when applicable
- Comply with legal or tax obligations
We do not use order information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order and providing support. We only email you about new products if you subscribed to our email list yourself.
Third-Party Marketplaces
Your purchases are processed by Etsy and/or Gumroad. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing how they collect, store, and use your data:

We retain order information only as long as necessary to provide customer support and meet legal/tax obligations. Marketplace platforms retain their own records per their policies.
