Most planners come in US Letter and A4, in full color and a low-ink version. The newer ones are hyperlinked, with tabs and a clickable contents page, and many forms are typeable in Adobe Acrobat Reader or a PDF app like GoodNotes.
Designed in-house
Page layouts are designed in-house, and most products are built entirely in code. Where a listing uses AI-generated art, the Etsy listing says so.
